Great service. Everything arrived promptly. I've purchased several things from them over past few years and it's been great. Their search engine has some bugs, but if you Search By Brand, you can drill down whatever you need.

Great to do business with. Ordered a Warren Chair Works windsor chair, and it is amazing. Vermont Farm Table's communication could have been better, as I didn't hear a word from them for almost two months, until I contacted them about what turned out to be a discrepancy between their website's estimated shipping date and the actual shipping date. But they were friendly in their response.

One of the worst companies online. An almost total scam.

Everything is special order, and often backordered for months. They list everything as in stock, when it isn't. I eventually got the parts I ordered on the first order I made. The second order, also listed as in stock but wasn't, I cancelled, but so far they have refused to actually cancel the order. I have now filed complaints with the BBB.

Some facts about Sears PartsDirect:

They will still charge you for expedited shipping, even if it takes 3 months.

They don't stock items themselves, they are strictly a go-between, ordering from other suppliers.

Customer service effectively does not exist.

They sell parts based on deception, and have policies designed to steal your money.

Road Cases USA makes very poor cases. Unfinished metal work, rivets jabbed in like nails and not spread, splintered wood. Most of the rivets weren't even long enough for the wood, let alone the aluminum valances. There is a reason they are so cheaply priced.

The company seems to have several different names, as well. Roadie Products Inc, Hybrid Cases, New York Case Company, Island Cases, and probably others I haven't discovered yet. They seem to just change their name and website every few years. I found out all of this too late, as there are complaints for the various other company aliases. The company is out of Holbrook, NY, so if you see a case company from there, it's them.

The Chinese make better cases than these.

I should add, their customer service is wholly unprofessional, and attempts to deny all wrong doing. I had to file a paypal claim to get my money back. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. These people are horrible.

The bad customer service was actually from the owner of the company himself. He lacked even a common sense knowledge of manufacturing, and simply freaked out in his emails, ranting on and on about how perfect they were, and how I should just use the case as-is.

I did finally get my money back, thanks to the paypal claim, but I still had to pay the return shipping.

Item was advertised as in stock, it was not. Took over a month to receive.

Their return policy is one of the worst I've ever seen, 25% restocking fee, hidden shipping charges, etc. No point in returning an item if you're only getting a few dollars back.

They advertise as accepting Google Checkout, Paypal, and other methods--they do not except any of those.

All and all, a bad place to shop.

Markertek is great to purchase from. Shipping is always rather high compared to others though, and the website is not that easy to navigate. But they have many things others do not, and sometimes the price is lower, even with the inflated shipping. It helps to know what you're looking for before trying to find it, as the website is not well designed for browsing.
