Ace Photo & Digital was the worst company that I have ever done business with on the internet. The price that I was charged was more then the advertised price on the Amazon site and when I contacted Customer service I did not get a reply for 4 days and the reply stated that that was the going price at the time and they do not adjust prices. Customer service is terrible and I would not ever do business with them again.

Amazon does a good job if you buying directly from them, but does a terrible job of managing their third party sellers. Twice I ordered from third party sellers on the Amazon site (Ace Photo Digital and Beach Camera) and had nothing but problems. I got charged a higher then advertised price from Ace and ordered an item from Beach Camera that was advertised as in stock but wasn't. When I went to Amazon customer support, I was told that I needed to contact the seller directly which I did and did not receive a reply. Going forward I will not buy anything from third party sellers on the amazon Site
