Bought a Thinkpad Laptop, Got it as expected. The only small quirk I had was with shipping. Their website stated same day shipping so I picked Fedex Overnight and it did not ship. Call the next day and Customer service helped me out and I asked them to add Fedex Overnight for Saturday delivery. They told me they contact me back about it when it shipped. I received no call back or email. I checked online on Order Status and that’s where I finally saw that it shipped and got it on Saturday. I'm still happy that everything worked out.
