These guys are horrible. My order wasn't shipped out until 3 weeks after I paid them. I didn't recieve any notice of a back order or any type of communication at all concerning my order. After nearly 2 weeks of unanswered calls I actually spoke to a human being who was rude and didn't offer any help. They were just like "uh it's back ordered." and hung up. When I got my case it was damaged, I needed my computer and couldn't waste my time with them anymore so I just lived with it. I was impressed with their line up of products and was hoping to use them for my business but they just lost a huge potential client. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
