Cheapguys had a very hard to find AMD 939 4600 X2 processor and at a very good price. Newegg had the same CPU listed for $199, cheap guys had it listed for $169. They e-mailed me the same day I ordered and shipped out the CPU the next day. Good price and communication.

I've used gogamer on and off for the past few years and have always been satisfied. I hope this was a one time glitch, but I'm not sure. I ordered NW2 the site said it would ship within 24 hours. It did not so I cancelled the order. I e-mailed them about my dissatisfaction & they said they changed the site & it helps handling customer problems quicker, but its slower in retrieving order. Not sure why they can't do both the same, doesn't make much sense. This will probably be the last time I order from them if orders are going to take longer. Of course you wouldn't have as many customer problems if you shipped when you said you would. Plus it appears it will take quite some time to refund my money to my paypal debit card. They take the money out right away but delay in getting it returned to you. Looks like gogamer has lost a loyal customer :(

I ordered again from them and they handled the odered quickly this time and shipped very quickly. Thank you gogamer and hopefully the previous experience will not happen again.

I bought a Raidmax full tower case, rounded cables and thumb screws. Great prices and quick order processing and shipment. Everything arrived in great condition. Not a big issue, but one cable and the thumbscres were sent in one box and arrived with the case, but the other two cables arrived in a different box and a day later. Not a major issue though. Great site and I will continue to buy from Newegg from here on out, great company.

I bought an AMD Athlon XP 1700+, 60GB hard drive, 512MB RAM, GEforce 4 TI4600 video card. The salesperson was very helpful and told me that the motherboard that I originally wanted seemed to be having a lot of problems and their were a lot of returns on it so he recommended a new one, which I'm glad he did. I got an excellent price on the computer also.

It took a little longer than normal for them to ship it because they were short on the GF4 ti4600 cards which had just came out, but I didn't mind waiting. They even gave me a different brand video card than they normally use and the one they gave me had a better software bundle so I was very happy with that. I ordered a V.90 modem but they upgraded it to a V.92 modem at no extra cost which was also a pleasant surprise.

However their customer support was a little lacking. I had problems with the CD in not wanting to recognize CD's that were placed in it. After calling tech support (they use a 3rd party tech support) they didn't have a clue on why and only could recommend reinstalling the OS, which I had already done. I sent an e-mail to Ibuypower saying that if I couldn't get this resolved I wanted a refund. Victor from Ibuypower actually called me on the phone to try and help and told me there was a problem with Windows XP and the particular CD I was using and that they would exchange it. I went ahead and shipped the system back to them so they could repair it. They sent a shipping form beforehand so I wouldn't have to pay for any shipping. They replaced the hard drive and shipped it back. They could have shipped the CD and let me install it, but I was not comfortable doing that so I just shipped it back to them. Overall I am satisfied with the computer and the company but a little down on their tech support but they were helpful in resolving the problem and making me happy. I would recommend buying from them. The system runs great now and they use quality parts in their systems.

Alienware makes wonderful computer and I haven't had any major problems with it, however their customer and technical support is very bad. Once they get you to buy the computer they don't care what happens afterwards. Whenever I would try and call I could never get through. I sent e-mails just asking some simple questions about my type of RAM and wanting to upgrade but they never responded. Its a shame their support and service don't match the quality of their computers because if it did they would have one heck of a company. Unfortunaltey once that computer is sold they don't care much for you after that.
