What a mistake! The price was great but the delivery, both time and quality, was terrible. We order hardwood flooring and it took 10 weeks to get the material. They told me it would come from the manufacturer in about 6 - 10 days. After a few weeks I had to call and get an updated, at which time I was told the flooring "wasn't on the truck" and they had to reorder. The worst part of the story is the flooring was badly damaged in shipment. I offered to go through each box and find the damaged pieces to put aside for the damage claim. I was told by Gerad Cuozzo that they would me mail me a check for the damaged material. I've called and let more than a dozen messages over the last two months and still no check. Oh, and let me not forget the promise of getting a 3% rebate for paying with check. Never got that either. By far my worst internet buying experience.
