I am very pleased with Herman Street. I purchased Family Tree Maker and I couldn't get it to open on my computer. I emailed them and Melissa contacted me the same day and told me she was sending me a backup CD. It arrived in about 2 weeks and I loaded it and I now have my FTM. Melissa was very helpful. Everything was looked after promptly. I am very pleased.
