I just received shipment on Friday 16 December. Received numerous emails saying shipping Dec 9th then Dec 16th then got an email saying shipment came in to them severly damaged on 9th Dec and were reordering then 2 days later get notice item being shipped. Guess what I get the severly damaged box. Note from company said \u0022do not sign for receipt of shipment until you have inspected all boxes for damages. If there are damages to the boxes you must note on the the delivery slip in order to file a claim with Design Furnishings. Once noted the damages to bexes please sign for delivery. Any damages to boxes not noted at time of delivery will not be eligible for compensation\/\u0022 Well, signaure was not required for delivery so of course they left at my door while I was at work.
