Amazing to deal with. There was a limited number of sale items, and after it was ordered, they had sold more than their inventory. They proceeded to not only find the item for me, but gave me a new one, not refurbished, (which is the one I had ordered) and sent it for the same price. I've been dealing with them for over 3 years now and have NEVER had any problems.
