Autoshepherd, specifically Tristan Perera went above and beyond the call of (retail) duty in my experience. I ordered an IAC for my car, and it was shipped FedEx. The tracking on their site was showing little info; and after 2 weeks of no info, I contacted them, only to find the item sat in their warehouse, there were no delivery attempts and they had returned the part to the sender. They told me the only option was to contact the retailer and have them resend it. But then I would be out the 6.99 for shipping. Numerous attempts to get some resolve from them got me nowhere.
When I informed Autoshepherd of this, Tristan came to the rescue. Acknowledging the absurdity of this all, he refunded my shipping charges, and had the package resent next day air at no charge in exchange for the inconvenience. This type of customer service seems to be almost non existent these days (especially by FedEx) and sold me on them right there on the spot! I received the item the next day as promised, and it worked flawlessly. All for $6.99 LESS than I was willing to pay.
This amazingly resolved experience tacked on to the fact that I purchased the item from Autoshepherd because they had the part I needed for less than half of what everyone else was selling it for, they have a earned a lifelong customer!
