Abes offers a wide variety of tvs at very decent prices. The site is easy to navigate and clear to read and understand. Purchasing is easy and painless. Most importantly perhaps, they understand the importance of customer service. I recently had a problem with a delivery. Eventually I was directed to Jacob. This man saw immediately what the problem was and rather than try to misdirect me or lay the problem at my feet his response was how can I make this right? More than the prices, more than the selections it is this sort of sincere attention to customer service that is the real reason why I will have no problem continuing to spend hundreds of dollars at this store. No one is perfect, but Jacob reminded me that some stores sure do try.
