I would not buy from them. Once was enough and I totally regret it. I ordered a Tassimo coffee machine as a gift and learned after giving it as a gift that it was not operating properly. As I purchased it through Amazon I submitted a return request - thinking that as with Amazon that they would send me a new one without waiting for them to receive the damaged one. Well Orangeonions does not respond to your return request until after two business days. As this is a gift I don't have the luxory of waiting two business days so I called. There is absolutely no way you can talk to anyone. I don't want to go to a store and simply purchase another Tassimo as I am concerned that Orangeonions will refuse to refund me my money leaving me no choice but be stuck with an additional machine. This is beyond frustrating! Customer service needs to seriously improve with this company because I won't use them again!
