I was referred back to their website to request a replacement and told they would send me a return label. They have A LOT of restrictions and requirements on returns so I was very careful to follow everything to the \u0022T\u0022. Well 3 weeks pass and no replacement, no return. When I tried to make contact again.....I went through a horrific MAZE of voicemail options and could NOT get a live body. I was also \u0022dropped\u0022 in the process several times. I since have emailed them several times with no response. So at this time I have a boxed up broken mirror that has been sitting in my entry way for several weeks and a charge on my credit card for over $300.
