I have never had a bad experince from them, if there was a question about anything, I was contacted almost before I put the phone down or sent an email. Their Customer Service department has always been more than helpful with any questions or the few returns that I have had. There has never been a question about the returns, even on a closeout order that we had a small problem with. My recent order for the weapon lights was so impressive more of the people I work with want to order them.
