OPEN YOUR ITEM THE DAY YOU GET IT. We did not do this and on the 16th (out of the 15day return policy) business day we opened a defective item. Enter computers is willing to help get a new unit from HP - will update on the progress.....

UPDATE - Enter Comp called HP for me and dealt with them - A NEW REPLACEMENT IS ON ITS WAY - TY ENTER COMPUTERS!!
