I never received an order confirmation e-mail, so I called on July 9th and they told me it would ship that day. I got two (not sure why) e-mails later that day saying my order shipped. I ordered two day shipping and it arrived on July 11th just like it was supposed to. Motherboard was in working condition and was exactly as advertised. The replacement was BLACK. I had to get another RMA, send it back, and finally, on their third try, I got the gold colored PSU. Horrible service.
