The Best Buy rep said \u0022yes he has paid for the order and notification was sent to buy.com\u0022. The buy.com rep then repeatedly stated that Best Buy rep mispoke and they never really sent the order. They had my money, wasn\u0027t that proof enough? And don\u0027t even think about speaking with one of their so called \u0022specialists.\u0022 I really don\u0027t understand how companies like this exist.
