First off I would like to say that the person I talked with was more than helpful in my purchase of rotors and pads. He actually waited for the pay pal to go thru and processed the order the same day, I had my brakes 2 days later and there was no shipping charge WOW!!! HUGE savings over other companies that charge for shipping. The brakes perform way better than stock orignal equipment and was a exact match for the car. The price was very reasonable about $25 dollars more for new drilled rotors and ceramic pads vs my old rotors turned and new pads. I drove to the coast after installing the new brakes and let me tell you the mountain passes and curvy roads were like night and day as to the old brakes. There was no "brake fade" overheating or chatter, needless to say I am more than impressed with the staff at R1 Concepts and there commitment to providing the public with high quality performance brakes and brake related parts. Not only do they perform excedingly well but look sharp and with the zinc plating will continue to look good ( no more rusty rotor hubs ) I will be doing business with R1Concepts when my need for brakes and brake parts come up, as well as my other family members. You guys put out a quality product for a fair price and have your customers satisfaction as your #1 business prioity keep up the good work. I have always believed that word of mouth is the best way a company can advertise its product, but it takes satisfied customers to have positive feedback from them. Needless to say but I will, R1 Concepts will be my choice from now on for all of my vechicles braking needs as well as my family. Thank you for your dedication to your customers and the quality products you provide for them. I am very satisfied with the staff, brakes and price.
