STAY AWAY!!! Pay the extra money and go to somewhere more reputable. I bought a laptop from them about a month ago. When I bought it it said grade A factory refurbished. I got the laptop with major problems, large scratch on screen, scratches and dirt all over outside, battery was so beat up it would not fit right. Real kicker was I looked up the serial number on the mfg.'s website and it was a laptop sold in 2006 which would make it 5 years old. Contacted them numerous times asking how I send this back to get refund. They email back saying I would have to email this other company to arrange that. Is that my responsibility? Week goes by and finally the other company responds letting me know where to send it back. By the way you have to pay the postage to send back something that is defective. I sent it back and got a call from them stating that it was received and my refund would take a few days. It is now a week later. During this time I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. It wasn't until after that happened that they started answering my emails back. I just paid $100 more and got a new 10 times better tablet pc from Best Buy. What a lesson learned.

Received said product on time. I wish I was emailed a confirmation email that the order was placed.
