Dishonest. Be prepared to be cheated. Bait and switch. Ordered baby monitor from Kmart.com with pick up in store option. Status indicated order ready for pickup. When I arrived clerk handed me closed bag. Good thing I opened the bag, a worthless substitution was made. I showed clerk, then manager my paperwork with item number, model number, and full description. I was told that the item in the bag is what THEY HAD TO GIVE ME regardless of what MY paperwork said. Manager took my phone number and promised to set it straight. No surprise that nothing was done. Nobody likes to get caught in fraudulant practices and I'm convinced it was intentional, not accidental, based on the responses and then lack of follow up. I'll never go out of my way to go into a Kmart again, and I'll never recommend their internet sales to anybody. I'd have had return shipping costs had I had it delivered.

Scammer. Processes payment immediately and doesn't send product. Ignores any emails that you send. Thank heaven for PayPal claim that recovered my money after 34 days. I rated them "very High price" because you're sure to get nothing for your money. Pass up their phony prices, all they'll deliver is headaches at your expense.

Slowest fulfillment of any Chinese merchant to date. Ordered 11/18 received 12/18. Seller responded within 24 hours to two separate inquiries once on 12/3 providing a tracking number which showed receipt of parcel at international shipping facility in China and one on 12/17 where seller requested patience due to holiday delays.

Bottom line - exceptional prices on varied quality items from a responsible seller if you have the luxury of waiting a month for delivery.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. They were the first to receive a new release item and they notified me by email once it arrived. They politely declined to match the lower price offered by a reputable competitor who had not yet received their shipment, but did match a $50.00 savings a week later from a stocking online store, and then lowered their web price later that day.

Obviously they want to have the lowest price, but they want to have the best service too. All presale email inquiries were answered fast and complete - even faster than questions sent to the manufacturer. The order was completed Monday afternoon and the product was in my Wisconsin home by Wednesday at noon.

They just do it right.

I found quality items at great prices and free shipping on popular things. Item shipped promptly across country in less than a week. Unconventional shipping method (first DHL then USPS) works fine. I paid with Paypal and all items arrived working in excellent condition so I didn't have to use their customer Service.
