This was my first experience at Buylighting.com. Our house was just rennovated and we have a few unusual light fixtures. I had to order a lightbulb not found in drug or hardware stores. I had saved the box the bulb came in. I typed in the code number of the bulb and many pages of bulbs popped up -- too many for me to search through and feel comfortable that I was ordering the right bulb. I called the 800 number and after the first ring someone picked up the phone (not a recording) and transferred me to the person knowledgable in identifying the right bulb. When I read the information on the lightbulb package, this guy knew exactly which bulb I was looking for and told me exactly what to type in the search bar. He stayed on the line with me while my bulb popped up on the screen. I was so happy I said "thank you" three times and he said "you're welcome" three times.
