Had used Scan quite a few times, and spent thousands of pounds with them, pretty much because of their extensive product range and the convenience of buying everything from one shop (like supermarket shopping).

In my experience, they have a typical 'box-shifting' attitude of 'sell and forget'.
Once the gear has left their warehouse, you're totally on your own!

My patronage of Scan ended when they steadfastly refused (over a period of months) to take back a monitor that was just months old when it failed.
To be fair, the manufacturers: ASUS (utter scum) were considerably less helpful (if that's possible) although, I should never have been forced into a position of having to deal with them.
Ended up taking an essentially new monitor to the local tip.

Scan (and ASUS) will never see another penny from me.

One of my favourite PC component retailers.
Steady, very reliable, good range of products and realistic pricing.
Used them many, many times and they've yet to let me down.

Starting to lag behind some other online retailers with pricing though.
No matter how good a store's integrity is, most people aren't likely to pay more for something (identical, branded products) they can get elsewhere for noticeably less.

Have to say that it's been all pretty good so far!

I've spent about £1000 with Ebuyer so far (actually only two orders) and there isn't anything that I could complain about.
Admittedly, I haven't had to return anything, but I have had occasion to phone their customer services, and they were pretty helpful and efficient.

The customer interface on their website is particularly useful (other retailers - take note!) in making the progress of each order extremely transparent, right through to tracking your goods via the courier.
Has to be said that this aspect of their service is unparalleled among any of the (many) other online retailers I've used.

They have a good range of gear and a decent sized order (like a whole PC in component form) from Ebuyer is likely going to be cheaper than virtually any of the other big companies, in my experience.
Especially with the free carriage.

Just the best service I've ever had from a PC components retailer, having been just about everywhere else in the UK!

Ordered over a bank-holiday weekend and my PSU arrived on the Wednesday.
Yes!! Actual 'next day' delivery.

Great range of gear as well.
Will be using them again for sure.
