I have made purchases from the company about half a dozen times over the past five years. I've always found their products as described, their shipping prompt, and their prices excellent. I recently had, for the first time, a problem with a product they sent. The modem had been described in the specifications as supporting distinctive ring service, but I could not configure it to do that. When I called for support, I did not have to wait too long--maybe five or ten minutes. I got a pleasant support person who said he would need to research the configuration and would call me back (it was the end of the day). He didn't, so I called back a few days later. Again, I I got a pleasant person who seemed much more knowledgable than the first one. After it was clear it would be difficult to figure out how to configure it, if it were even possible, he offered to take it back. With just a bit of prompting, he agreed to refund the shipping charges as well as the purchase price. I got a confirming notice promptly, another confirming notice promptly when they received the product from me, and a refund that showed up on my credit card quite soon after. All in all, their post-purchase service was excellent, especially for a place that offers off-brand products at bargain prices.
