My experience was good. They provided a tracking number for the shipment automatically, by email, a few days after ordering, and the ink arrived in reasonable time. Both the black and color cartridges for my Dell printer seem to work fine; it's now been a few weeks. Of course, the Dell software keeps telling my the cartridges are empty, but that is because it is programmed to do this when you do not insert a new Dell cartridge, whatever the ink level really is in the cartridge you insert. Part of their effort to get you to buy from Dell. In fact, however, the cartridges appear to work just fine.

These folks easily had the best price for the very high quality Sanus Wall Mount for my Panasonic 58" TV--a couple of hundred dollars less than some other vendors, $50 less than the next best deal. I emailed them with a question--on the Sunday before Christmas--and got a reply within half an hour. We had several more such email exchanges, in every case it was clear I was talking to a real human being who was trying to be responsive. I placed the order. It said clearly on their site that given the Christmas rush, there would likely be some delay in shipping. But in fact it shipped the next day (the 24th), and I received an email confirming that shipment on Christmas day. Delivery was prompt, and the item was clearly brand new, perfect condition, exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order again from this company.

I have made purchases from the company about half a dozen times over the past five years. I've always found their products as described, their shipping prompt, and their prices excellent. I recently had, for the first time, a problem with a product they sent. The modem had been described in the specifications as supporting distinctive ring service, but I could not configure it to do that. When I called for support, I did not have to wait too long--maybe five or ten minutes. I got a pleasant support person who said he would need to research the configuration and would call me back (it was the end of the day). He didn't, so I called back a few days later. Again, I I got a pleasant person who seemed much more knowledgable than the first one. After it was clear it would be difficult to figure out how to configure it, if it were even possible, he offered to take it back. With just a bit of prompting, he agreed to refund the shipping charges as well as the purchase price. I got a confirming notice promptly, another confirming notice promptly when they received the product from me, and a refund that showed up on my credit card quite soon after. All in all, their post-purchase service was excellent, especially for a place that offers off-brand products at bargain prices.
