Same story as the others listed here, just a different day. I placed an order with this company before checking resellerratings.com for comments on the establishment's history. As you can imagine, buying from this company has been a most disagreeable experience. My order consisted of a computer case, a hard drive, and 2 Samsung PC2700 512MB 333Mhz DDR ram chips. When I received my order, the first thing I noticed is that they had placed the hard drive and ram inside of the computer case with no packaging around either, and both were banging around inside the case. Surprisingly the hard-drive and memory both appeared undamaged. Upon inspecting the memory, I noticed they had placed a heat sink on the memory without me ordering it. I decided to remove the heat sink to inspect the memory’s quality. As I am sure you have deduced from the other comments, the memory was not what I had ordered. Although there was a sticker on the outside heat sink labeling it as "PC2700 DDR333", there was a sticker on the chips underneath the heat sink that labeled it as "PC2100 DDR266". It seems that even though they are determined to defraud people by sending them an inferior item instead of what they ordered, they do not even take them time to peel the sticker off the product labeling it as the true item it is. I suspect they are hoping people do not take the time to get the heat sinks off.
After several emails, several different RMA forms, and many attempted phone calls with no response what so ever, I finally wrote an email informing BuyAIB that I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They almost immediately replied to my email with instructions for returning the memory. I shipped the memory back to them along with a letter stating that I was requesting a full refund for the incorrect items sent. After receiving the delivery confirmation from the US postal service for returning my order, I began waiting for information in regards to my refund. One week passed, and I began the process over again. I started emailing, and calling to no avail. After a period that was much longer than required, they finally credited my card for the amount of the ram, and never responded to my many emails asking for information in regards to my refund.
This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in my many years of shopping through online resellers. Please save yourself the anger and headaches of having to deal with this company. This company gives other honest reseller's a bad name. I have filed complaints with the appropriate federal organizations in regards to this companies unacceptable business practices. On a final note, I would like to say that I am surprised that Yahoo allows a company of this nature conduct this type of underhanded business practice under their name. Hopefully the amount of complaints against these felons will be enough to halt their dishonest activities.
