Apparently there has been some progress in the complaints so many of us made. Hopefully withing the next few weeks there will be a settlement. The person on the phone said that there was a good chance I would be getting everything except shipping costs back, which is far more than I expected now after almost 2 years...<br>I guess that I should say thanks to both the Ohio Attourney General\u0027s office and to Step for getting this resolved in the end. Odd thing is this: the two stores on www.pricewatch.com that list this monitor for the cheapest are Logical Plus and Shentech...
