Love my PC. Love the service and customer support even more.
Have had my system for about a year and a half, had zero problems until recently when I encountered the dreaded "Startup Repair Loop" problem due to a bad/corrupt registry (probably my fault, cycled the power prematurely when something froze/hung). Luckily Puget Tech Support (Micah) helped walk me through the process of recovering my important files and reinstalling Windows.
I caught hell from my gamer friends for "outsourcing" my custom PC build, the price ("it's cheaper to do it yourself blah blah blah), but this is exactly why I don't mind paying a premium -- I get premium support/service in return. It's peace of mind and I like having it when I drop a couple grand on something, from a computer to a car.
These guys get it. It's not about economies of scale and pushing as many PCs out the door as possible, it's like the old car salesmen adage, "you can sell someone a lemon once or do right by them and sell them cars for the rest of their lives". I'll be buying Puget and only Puget PCs/laptops for the rest of my life.
