Edit: As promised, I will change my tone if neccesary. I was called today, a mere half-day after reporting the problem, by Directron to confirm that the wrong module was shipped. Because I needed the part back quickly, they even offered to ship it Next-Day Air! Since plans changed on my end, I was able to wait and am in no hurry to get the part, so I told him to just ship it back to me the way I received it; 3-Day Select. I was very impressed with their entire process and would recommend them to anyone.
Edit #2: I was called a little over a week ago and informed that the Geil RAM I ordered was on backorder and it would be a week or two before they would be receiving my part. Now I've dealt with places before that told me that just to get out of sending me the product. I told them I would wait, and a week later, they called me again and told me that they were sending it 3-Day Air. But that's not all. They called back AGAIN and said that it would actually be faster to send it ground (only 2 days from Houston to KC), and that they would be sending it that way. Since they called only 1 business day ago, I'm not expecting the package yet. At this point, my only complaint would be that he told me that I would be getting shipping information the night he called, and I have yet to receive it. However, knowing that he (the man I've contacted concerning returns) has that much connection with the other departments in Directron is a good sign. It remains yet to be seen if things arrive on time, but I'll keep you all posted.
Edit #3 (final): Well, the other stick arrived in two days as promised and I'm happy. Very easy to work with and great, responsive RMA procedure. I would recommend them to anyone.
