special ordered a region2 dvd set from the uk site. whiel packaging could have been slightly better they are a quick shipper and always seem to have the stock available. Recievd faster than some us sources in fact. highly recommend

great seller, well packaged and shipped. Top quality, its amazing you get used to vanilla beans from a market. These make them look like beef jerky. nice variety and top quality.

I want to like thsi company and have spend 10's yes 10's of thousands there. Unfortuntely they have exclusive great unique items, and they know it. movie & tv show costumes props. Slow response to email. Had to make several returns: a male costume was advertised and a very different female costume was sent. Ship fees are outrageous (19.99 to ship an arm patch?) one employees seems to know his stuff anf teh stock but he is not empowered to act. Can take months, yes months to delivery. WHiel your happy you finally get the items, the experience really takes away the joy,, In auctions many zero feedback bidders seem to drive items up. many are relisted. Certificate of authenticity are sometimes great and sometime real garbage. multiple identical COA id numbers!?!? ad listings are frequently incorrect, and similar but not identical items often shipped. its a shame that in a collecting hobby, something you spend money on for pleasure; that its pleasure is so greatly diminished by flippant uncaring poor service.


I was foolish and attempted to give them one more chance by purchasing in their final auction. It took 8 weeks to get my order. BUT they sent the wrong item of significantly lower value. no response to email or calls. This is one of the worst sellers Ivae dealt with in my life

PP is usually consistently average. many promotions like buy 1 get 1 buy 2 get 3, also many coupon codes on the web for money off and free ship so look out for that. last deal i got was free shipping + 5% off in addition to the BOGO deal. delivery time: avg; idk how wild i am about all the agressive sales, makes me think retail is arbitrary. still for customary vitamins, suuplements and some unusual items its a fairly decent place to shop
