I ordered my EK Supreme HF Full Nickel on May 26th and received it on the 31st.

Great prices and a lot of hard to find products available. I will be back for more. Thanks Daz for a worry free and easy purchase.

This is my first purchase at Infonec and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order on April 27th late at night, the next morning, one of their reps calls me to confirm my address and let me know to expect delivery tomorrow morning, April 29th. I know, some people might say "mehhh..." I'm talkin' over 550 miles here people and no extra fee for this exemplary service. That in my books is service.

They are now permanently in my favorites and the first one to go check out when I need new computer parts.

Thank you Infonec, Keep up the fantastic work and service you've provided for me.

I ordered 2 items on January 10th. I received only 1 item of the 2 on January 13th. Emailed them to inquire as to what happened and received my missing item the very next day. I live in eastern Québec and to receive it the next day says something about the people you're dealing with. This is what I wrote them when I received my missing item:

Good morning good people,

Yesterday, I sent you an email saying I was missing an item in my order (330xxx). This item was very important to me as I was building a computer for a friend and was very time-critical.

I received my missing item this morning, in perfect shape and ready to be installed. I cannot thank you enough. You guys deserve an award (or raise :p) for such outstanding service. Low prices are always nice but for me, it's the quality of service that keeps me coming back.

Thank you again and keep up the excellent work.
