“In this busy holiday season, there are times when balls get dropped. In regards to the last two reviews, these are products that were in stock but sold out suddenly and the manufacturers ran out, and are providing no ETA as to when we'll see more. It's not a common occurrence, but we clearly dropped the ball in terms of proactive communication. Obviously the only way a reseller succeeds is in receiving money for products and shipping them. The lack thereof certainly is not an indication that we don't appreciate our customers or otherwise do that properly 99.8% of them time. We do need to proactively communicate with customers even if we're not getting that information from the manufacturers, and we failed to do that in these cases.”
