I've received their catalogs for years and have thought about ordering before. This year I found some things I wanted for Christmas gifts. I read these reviews but decided to take a chance anyway. I ordered two items on Tue Nov 29, they were shipped the same week on Fri Dec 2 and arrived the following Wed Dec 7. I'm in Illinois, where they are located, don't know if that's where they ship from. I would order again. Shipping cost seemed high $7.95 on $24.90 order but that's probably because I've seen so many free shipping offers elsewhere.
