DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, did I said DO NOT BUY from them. I placed a big order with them and only to receive a cancel email 6 hours later. The cancel reason for "INFO NOT VERIFIED". I did not received a call or an email before to solve the problem. Just plain out canceled my items. I called to the customer service and they told me my billing address does not match the credit card company. I do my shopping on the net 95% of the time with the same credit card. Anyway, I ask them to correct the billing address (if it was even incorrect the first time) and process the order. They said "THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO IT". If an order is canceled, I have to place a new order. That's like 1990 technology. The worst part is they hold my money ($3000) even though they said my credit card was not charged. IT'S RIDICULOUS! I'LL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT EVER AGAIN.
