Now it is 30 days already and I\u0027m still waiting. They don\u0027t respond to inquiries either.<br><br>Update: the company representative did contact me after seeing this post. She is very apologetic about the delay and offered me the choice of waiting longer with a coupon for future purchase. I opted for refund and got it immediately.
