Fooled me TWICE.. Shame on me. I got suckered in to order another part from this outfit after an apology from them and an offer of a discount. I thought that possibly they were really OK.. Well.. after lengthy discussions with customer service and the new order placed, I even received a tracking number. Bizarrely, they followed that email with a notice that the part was out of stock! They may mean well, but I need more than good intentions. There are PLENTY of other sources for parts, and I suggest you start there first.
Called for a 2004 Volvo wiper motor. Initially gave them the wrong part number. Conscientious agent discovered my mistake and found that the right one was more expensive there than at Parts Geek, even after having to pay for shipping. I mentioned that, and was politely told that they wouldn't match, in spite of the "Low Price Guarantee" posted on their website. My comment to them was: "So much for the low price guarantee." I call that a Red Flag. I won't be back.
They wrote to apologize AFTER I posted here, but didn't follow up on their offer to make it right. Inconsistent customer service.. Be Advised!
