A friend ordered parts from RPM Outlet last MAY, to be delivered to my home. All the parts arrived except for the most important part. All but one of the other parts were readily available at any car parts or discount department store. (Plugs, thermostat,. . .)

After giving them months to fix the issue, they finally said that they would refund the money, later claiming that they had. A check with the company which the OWNER of RPM stated would complete the transaction indicated that no such transaction took place

I called today; the person answering the phone claims that they went bankrupt, and that he bought the company. HOWEVER, before he told me that, when I asked for the two owners, and the manager of record (George, Vance and Mike, from the BBB complaint files) he indicated that, "they are in and out all the time." The new name is RPM Beta, at www.RPMOnline09.com .

Do as you wish, but if these guys are still around AT ALL, I won't do business there!
