I received my order with one Item missing. The website has a form to fill out but of course will not let you submit your request. The Items I did receive where all in good shape and worked great for what I needed. I still don't have my missing Item and I will have to get that from another store that will check outgoing orders!

Update: Finally got my claim submitted and my Item has shipped!!
