They never shipped it, and when I called about it, they said that they needed to verify the order with me first. I have no problem with that, but I do have a problem that they made no effort to make sure I knew about any kind of verification so that it could be shipped on time. Middle of March and still nothing so I called the customer service line again and they can\u0027t get a hold of the manufacturer, but it should be shipping soon. Many calls later and different stories and they still don\u0027t know what\u0027s going on and have not refunded me.
