Save yourself time, money and frustration and DO NOT order from Cymax ever! This is definately one of the worst companies of all time. The service reps lie and do not actually do anything they say they will.

Ordered a couch on Feb 20th. Site says "In Stock". Begining of March and still no update. Middle of March and still nothing so I called the customer service line again and they can't get a hold of the manufacturer, but it should be shipping soon. Many calls later and different stories and they still don't know what's going on and have not refunded me. Will have to call credit card company to get it taken care of.

Ordered and paid for a particular movie title on January 8th. Over a week later and I had not heard anything I had to contact them to get an update (order status didn't tell me anything). Three weeks later I had to finally cancel the order. In this day and age, how hard is it to know if you or your supplier has something in stock, or can get it? Sorry, but there is no excuse for making a customer wait that long!
