Although concerned by some of the negative reviews I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them on a Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic service and the product arrived in first class condition. I did have to contact them because the order initially failed the "Verified by Visa" (and my Bank's automated service contacted me) so I contacted Expansys to make sure I did not get a duplicate order. They were helpful and very friendly.
