I placed an order on Saturday and paid for expedited shipping since at least one item was heat sensitive. The site advertises Same Business Day Shipping, the items were all in stock, and I received an order confirmation email. It\u0027s Thursday, I haven\u0027t gotten an email with any tracking number for my order, and when we phoned to follow up about it, we were told the items were shipped this morning and that we should be receiving an email with a tracking number. That\u0027s not exactly what I\u0027d call Same Business Day Shipping. I still haven\u0027t received any email confirmation with a tracking number. This is really discouraging. I was very excited to find an establishment that could offer such a wide variety of goods for such great prices.
