Midway USA's customer service is Very spotty. I have received orders from them rather quickly; no complaints there. But their website, coupon management, and inventory management leaves A LOT to be desired. I have placed at least ten orders with this company in the past. Seven of those times, the coupons you are legitimately entitled to will not work in the Checkout process. They will honor the codes if you call them, but only after your discount fails. When trying to use the coupons, I made sure that the requirements were met, i.e., minimum purchase, no sale items included in the minimum total, and no backordered items. They should fix this problem with their site to avoid frustration with potential customers. There are several other competitors out there from which to choose, such as Cheaper Than Dirt, (almost always cheaper on ammo), and Midsouth Supply.
Another frustration is that they seem to always be out of about 40% of ANYTHING you want to order. I had an expensive scope picked out, which should come back into stock just one day after their published 10% coupon expires. This could very well be a fluke I'll admit, but nonetheless, they apparently keep a Just-In-Time inventory. This saves the company money, which is good, but it is annoying about the fifth time you want to order something.
Midway USA is a reputable company, but at this point, I'm really not sure they are worth all the trouble, again considering that there are worthy competitors out there.
