*Update*
What can I say? Simply amazing.
Other companies should take example and model themselves off of Newegg.
I was contacted by Carl in Customer Service about my situation. Not only did he offer to take the card back for full refund, but also offered to reimburse shipping fees (very generous amount, enough for NextDay Air) and to top it off, a nice credit toward another video card. There is nothing more anyone could even ask for.
Newegg, once again, has shown through and they are in a class of their own.

I am dissapointed with a recent transaction.
Like a couple other reviewers have stated, I also recently ordered a Sapphire 9800 non-Pro from Newegg. Their instructions stated to look at the picture for additional information, which I did, and saw a red PCB card.
When I received the card a few days later, it looked nothing like the one pictured. The PCB is black, the power connector different, the heatsink is smaller and the overall card is shorter. This is not what I had purchased.
Initially I thought I would just keep it but after reading reviews of this black card online...it appears to inferior to the red PCB version.
I have contacted Newegg via email to try and correct this problem. I will hold back any negative feedback until they contact me and will give a final review depending on how this is handled.
