I ordered on the 07\/06\/12 and went in phrase 3 on 07\/19\/12 and still in that phrase. The only customization i ordered was matte screen and Cooper Cooling. E-mailed them twice no response. Thinking of cancelling and order from Origin. The reason I ordered here because I\u0027m local and I thought I would support local business but ended up screwed by local business. Lesson learned.<br>UPDATED: Got a call from Jason, he took care of the situations and promts me of what the hold up was. Jason was very professional and curtious. Will be picking up my laptop this afternoon (finger crossed).
