All products are first-rate retail grade, so no worries there. On two occasions, my item arrived DOA. Meritline was more than reasonable about sending a replacement immediately. It's a simple process originated by E-mail, so no complicated forms or delays.

In summary, I am confident shopping at Meritline.com, I love the prices, and the customer support works well. I recommend Meritline to anyone looking for unusual items or for great prices on common brand-name items.
