I bought a Bio Bidet BB-1000 Supreme Bidet Toilet Seat from ContempoLife and am very satisfied with the product. More than anything else I had such wonderful buying experience that had totally exceeded my expectation and the level of the customer service I received is "unheard of" high.

When I received my package, I found out that the color and size of the product are not what I intended to get. I called the 1-888 number and left a message. Within 20 minutes, Brian, a customer service representative, called me back and talked to me very professionally and efficiently. Within 30 minutes after the phone call, he shipped out the product that is exactly what I asked. At the same time, he emailed me the UPS pre-paid return label for me to return the unwanted product. I have been shopping online for more than 20 years and rarely write any review. The excellent service from ContempoLife impressed me so much and I would like to recommend them to everyone who may do business with them. They really know how to treat their customer and they are professional and countable. I will not hesitate to buy anything that I need through them in the future.
