5/5

I don't have much to say about Origin yet, since I just ordered a new pc from them yesterday.
What I can say is that so far their customer service has been great! Hit two numbers on the phone dial pad and you get a real live English speaking saleperson (great if they are of a different nationality too). I just want someone here in the US who speaks English.
The salespeople speak to you as if they could be the man or woman next door. I can tell that they are writing things down or typing on the computer so that they get everything I want correctly.
I went to Alienware's site and configured a pc as close as possible to the one I ordered from Origin. They have to charge sales tax too "not their fault" but they charged almost $800 more for their PC. Also, they are trying to get rid of their stock of Sandy Bridge chips so you won't see them on their site, at least not desktops. You could probably call them and get an Ivy Bridge put in. Ivy Bridge is no big deal, it's not much faster than Sandy Bridge, but at least they should give you a choice online, with respective savings for Sandy Bridge.
I don't have the pc yet so I can't honestly rate the individual questions below. Customer service has been excellent so far, but everyone knows problems can arrise anywhere if there are problems with the order.
I'll come back after I have had my new pc for a while.
I can hardly wait to get my new Origin PC! AND no one asked me to write this review.
