Purchased two pairs of boots in September one from the store. The other was ordered online from the sales clerk because they did not have the black in the store. Black boots were for my daughter they arrived the week of September 12th. My daughter didn't get to wear them til October as it wasn't cold enough. She wore the boots two to three times per week. It is Now November and the boots fell apart. Contacted famous footwear about the problem and because they didn't fall apart within 30 days refuses to give me money back, store credit or exchange for a different pair. The boots were obviously defective because the other pair which was purchased for myself in a different color are fine. These boots were expensive.
Needless to say I will NEVER buy anything from and famous footwear again. They do not care about their customers. All they want is money. They do not stand behind what they sell and do not care what they sell. They do not comprehend the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
