I purchased a 17"LCD from MonitorsDirect on 3/18/04. I've been using this monitor for almost a year and wanted something larger. I tried to contact MonitorsDirect for the purchase of a new LCD, but they seem to be out of business. Their web site is gone, and the phone # is not in operation.
