I ordered a palmcorder on Friday June 18, 2004. On Saturday June 19th, they reduced the price by $9. On Sunday June 20, "Sal" called me to confirm my order and upsell me additional items. Since AcesClub had not yet processed my order, I asked him if he would reduce my cost by their $9 reduction. He assured me he would. On June 23, the full charge including the $9 showed up on my credit card by a company called PriceItForLess. I sent a detailed email to their sales department and never heard back. Several days later I telephoned, and hung up after 20 minutes on hold. My camcorder did arrive in factory new condition but I think they should have honored the $9 reduction. I will not recommend them nor use them again.

ZipZoomFly delivered on time with factory sealed product at the lowest price I could find. I would recommend them and use them again.
