Wow this place has hit a new low for internet shopping. I buy everything online and have yet to have something like this happen.
September 22, 2010, I place an order for a laptop.
For a week there is no status change in the processing of the order. It just says it is at the suppliers warehouse...So I finally send an email to them and get no reply for a few days. Then on october 3 (11 days after I place the order!!) I get an email stating that there has been a delay in the shipping of the order and to give them an additional 5 days...
Again, nothing changes in the status after 5 days and I send another email. I get no response after 2 days so decide to call instead. They said it is at the suppliers warehouse (obviously) and that she will look into it and get back to me. She was very nice and helpful (the only positive thing in this experience).
So finally on October 11 (19 days after I place to order) I get an email that they don't have the laptop in stock.
How hard is it to call the supplier and ask what they have in? I don't think it takes 19 days for that to happen. Buyer beware.
