DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I saw the rating and thought, 7 not to bad and decided to buy. Boy was that the wrong choice. The item was shipped properly and was received.
The problems started before I actually received the item. A few days after I purchased the product the price dropped. I had not even received the item yet. I tried to contact customer service to find they close at 2pm on Friday. OK, a bit early but fine. Then they are closed on Saturday also but open on Sunday. The item arrived in the mean time later on Friday. When I called on Sunday I was told there was no one present that could address the problem of a price change. So I called on Monday. Amazingly the price went up while I was on hold for them. The average hold time by the way was usually 10-20 minutes (this is based on about a dozen calls).
The person I spoke with informed me nothing could be done since they do not price match. And I should have just refused the package at delivery. They didn't care that I was trying to save them all the shipping charges of shipping this item back and then shipping me another one at the lower price. They did not care.
A few more days went by and the price dropped again. We are now talking almost $100 dollars difference, not pennies. Called again and was told the manufacturer is changing the price this regularly. They have nothing to do with it. Mind you, all other retailers are maintaining the price through this period.
Finally after 4 calls and two managers I am allowed to return the item and purchase the same item again. But have to pay shipping they say. Which is not what the first manager stated about their return policy. Finally the item is returned with them covering shipping as they originally stated. The new item arrives and a return confirmation from BuyDig is received.
Now the real problems start since they do not refund my money. After one month and about 8 phone calls and countless promises of it is done I finally receive the refund money.
So to sum it all up. If you happen to receive an item and do not need any customer support then go for it, but if you need customer support then good luck. This company does not have any customer support.
Also- be careful about BeachCamera as well since these two companies are sister companies and share the same customer support. Several times when calling BuyDig the phone was answers BeachCamera.

The third was a problem. <br> I placed an order which was supposedly in stock. They charged my credit card (not one of those holds) but did not ship. I called to inquire and was informed the item was on the shelf and the person would check. They came back and stated the item was not there and they were not sure what was going on. Please call back tomorrow. The item turned out to be out of stock and they had to then process a return to my credit card.<br>Final note. Be careful with this company since it is a sister company (owned by the same parent company) of BUyDig.com. The first order was placed and then sat pending for three days. Not sure what was happening I called and was told the shipping manager will return my call when he comes in. The manager did return my call and informed me there had been a little mix up and the order had slipped through the cracks. He thanked me for following up and promised the item would be shipped that day. Later that day I received an email from the manager stating the items had shipped out. The next day he emailed me again to provide the tracking number.
